These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the online transfer booking form operated by [Business Name] ("we", "the business"). By submitting a booking through this form, you accept the terms below.
1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is only considered final once payment (deposit or full amount, depending on your selection) has been successfully completed through the Viva secure payment system. The price shown on the form is indicative and is confirmed by us before the transfer takes place.
2. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Viva Payments. We do not store card details on our own servers. If you choose "Deposit", a 10% deposit of the total price is charged online, and the remaining amount is paid directly to the driver upon completion of the trip.
3. Cancellation & Changes
To cancel or change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details shown on the form.
- Cancellation 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup time: full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before, or no-show without prior notice: the deposit is non-refundable.
- If we are unable to serve your booking, your deposit is refunded in full.
4. Liability
The business is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic congestion, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Please provide accurate flight/ship details so we can monitor for delays.
5. Passenger Details
The number of passengers, luggage, and child seats you declare must be accurate. The vehicle is selected based on this information — inaccurate details may result in inability to serve you or an additional charge.
